Any instructions you receive will only cover your part of the Experience.

How Your Cord Cutting Experience Works
Before you begin, read through your instructions so you're familiar with the work you'll be doing. Look everything over and take care of anything your instructions tell you to have ready.
Once you're ready, begin with the first part of the work and continue in the order given. Follow your instructions through each part until you've completed the work.
Once you've completed the final part, your Cord Cutting Experience is complete.
How Practitioner-Led Cord Cutting Works
Start by submitting your Practitioner-Led application and telling us what you've been dealing with. We'll review your application and schedule your $100 appointment.
During your appointment, we'll talk about what's been going on and what you're looking for help with. This gives us more than what you were able to tell us in the application and helps us decide what direction to take.
Cord Cutting may be the work we recommend. We may find that you need something different or additional instead. We may also decide not to approve the work based on your situation.
If Cord Cutting is approved, we'll give you the price and let you know what comes next.
