Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available delivery services.
Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping cost required to resend the order.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check around your property
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact the shipping carrier to start an investigation
Conjure Team is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Store Pickup
Store pickup orders are typically ready within 1–3 business hours during business hours.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be canceled or restocked.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
