Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Refunds

 

We do not accept returns.

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect item selection

• Dissatisfaction with spiritual or personal outcomes

All purchases are considered final once shipped.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Email info@conjureteam.com within 72 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number.

• Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be approved.

Once verified, we will issue store credit only.

We do not issue refunds for damaged items.

3. Packages Marked “Delivered”

 

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

• Check your property and with neighbors.

• Contact the shipping carrier to start an investigation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

• The customer must pay new shipping fees to reship the order.

• No refund will be issued.

5. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

 

If a package is refused or not picked up:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Store credit may be issued minus original shipping costs.

6. Custom & Digital Products

 

Custom and digital products are final sale.

They are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order may result in:

• Account suspension

• Refusal of future service

• Submission of evidence to the payment processor

We reserve the right to dispute false claims.
